Currently Reading & To Be Read

The New Year has started off well and my reading goal is looking good at the moment with me being three books ahead of schedule!  Woot!  I doubt it will stay that way for long but maybe I have just set the goal to the right amount this year!

Here are my current reads!  Also my To be read pile...which I have updated!

Currently Listening to :

This series has been on my wishlist for a while and I realised recently that the series already has fourteen books!!!! On What Grounds actually released in 2003!  So it was time to get this one started and do some catching up or hate it and forget about it.

Not sure yet if I am going to be a huge fan but I haven't listen to much yet.  I need to at least get further than the first chapter to know for sure ;)

If anyone else out there has this one on their reading pile...let me know how much you are enjoying it!  Or how the series continues if you are already further along than me!

Expect a review sometime next week.....

Currently Reading :

This book, like many others on my Kindle, was a pre-order and I am happy to see it finally get up to the top of my To Be Read pile.  Sure there are some other books on the old pile that have been there longer but some books just need to be read asap.   I am sure this is one of them.

Joyce & Jim Lavene are great writers and I have been enjoying their books since I found them via a recommendation somewhere or other.  Spell Booked is the first in a new series and isn't just a cozy mystery but a cozy mystery with witches!!!

Anyone who likes the paranormal will be interested in this and I know a lot of people who love cozies with a paranormal twist.  I can't tell you much about the book yet but I am sure it won't last long.  I can see myself really getting stuck into this one.

The Dreaded 'To Be Read' Pile :

There are a few books on this list that are ARC's I need to read and review but because they don't release for another couple of months/weeks.

Anyone paying attention will notice that this list has gotten longer and most of the books from last time are still on here.  I am a naughty person and keep reading the new stuff and neglecting the old stuff!

I have the Cleo Coyle series on my wishlist. A few years ago, I actually started the first book and did not get pat the first chapter. Something about the writers voice totally rubbed me the wrong way. I will try it one more time, someday... It could have been just my mood.
